DC Physical recognizes that your busy Washington DC Lifestyle may conflict with regularly attending a studio/gym class schedule. We encourage you to create your own group and the opportunity to control your exercise routine.
How to: Create Your Own Group!
1. Organize a small group of 3-8 friends or co-workers, and we will provide the certified fitness coach/trainer. Your fitness program and all of the necessary fitness equipment will be supplied at the time and location that best fits with your group's schedule.
2. Submit your choice of the program and preferred time slot. We'll follow-up to get you and your group up and running.
