Enjoy a gentle 30-minute seated yoga class where we will connect with our breath and quiet the mind while learning gentle movements to relieve tension in the body from head to toe. This class is accessible and welcoming to everyone.
In this interactive class, you will learn ways to manage quarantine cravings, listen to your body, and nourish yourself with wholesome foods. During this introductory class, you will release guilt, learn to eat healthfully, and improve your relationship with food. Achieving a healthy weight is possible without dieting one bite at a time.
