DC Physical is a Washington DC-based corporate wellness company.  Our mission is to empower employees to live healthy, active lifestyles – at work, at home, and beyond.  Our workshops and programs give participants the best tools needed to increase their overall health and wellbeing while reducing sick days and the risk of burnout.

Mon - Fri: 7am - 6pm
